Preamble:
As the united People of Tashika, we here by ensure peace through out our nation and open arms to any other person or nation wanting to join our peaceful ways of life. As a nation we will work together to over come difficulties the best way we can and promise to be a peaceful nation with no enemies. The citizens of Tashika are promised reasonable rights of a democratic government meaning they are not forced upon to do things with out a say. If laws are found unjust there is with out a question the right of the law being changed or altered if the people long for it. Promoting peace and happiness is the goal of the nation and deminishinmg war and hate is wanted tremendously.

Responsibilities:

1. Type of government enforced-Democracy

2. Justice/Laws:

-No one can hurt murder or attack another human being or animal in any way-if violated the person will be trialed by jury and be sentenced to a punishment depending on the outcome.

-Littering or destruction of any property that does not belong to that person is unacceptable- the person will be enforced to fix the damages no matter how long it would take.

-Clothes are required in public, no display of nudity or profanity is allowed- if violated the person will have to spend certain numbers of hours serving the community.

-Drinking Age: No drinking allowed- if found guilty of drinking or having alcohol with that person will have consiquences of either time in jail or clean up duty

-Attending school till University is manditory-if not the person will have trouble finding a job because jobs will require that

-Laws can be reversed if needed-but they muist be approved by Queen

-All religions are welcomed- extremist must not cause any problemd to people of other religions they must respect other peoples views and beliefs-if violated they will be sent out of the nation

-Immigrants are allowed-they must go threw the correct process of becoming a citizen and take the test to see if they understand their right and the laws

-If current president dies or is unable to perform their duties then- the nation will vote for nominated presidents

-Pets that would cause harm to others such as wild life is not allowed in houses

-citizens are allowed to have dual relationships with other nations but they must not forget or leave the culture and laws of Tashika or else they will be taken out (not a citizen anymore)

-Driving is allowed by children 16 and older but penalties will occur if driving laws are violated

-The legal age of working is 15 and older, the nation would rather the student worry about there studies more than working but if neccissary because of family issues or somthing of the sort 15 is the age limit

4. NND (Natasha’s Nations Defense) – protects my nation from all external enemies

5. NRG (Natasha’s Representatives of Good) - ambassadors, guidance, and example of good people for the people of Natasha’s Nation to follow as example.

6. NO4PF (Natasha’s Organization for Protecting Freedom) - ensures everyone’s freedom and if a persons freedom is violated by someone else the NO4PF will enforce the law and handle the situation (ex. Throw the person violating in Natasha’s jail or take them to Natasha’s court where he will be trialed.)

7. Ensuring Liberty- Have government classes that teach the younger generation of the democracy in Natasha’s Nation and how it is completely fair and just will be held at school.
